2 life-changing questions
Monday, April 2, 2018Sometimes big life-shifts require a couple of simple [but never-before-considered] questions.
If you’re thinking that stuff isn’t exactly how you’d like it to be and you’re not quite sure on how to get to a place that feels like a far better fit, you might like to start with these gentle prompts:
+ What do I keep returning to, even though I find it life-draining?
and
+ What do I find life-giving, and how could I turn towards it?
As always, I would suggest taking the time to sit with these questions, somewhere that boosts your mood [in bed with a cup of tea, under a tree, in a cafe with good coffee, in a wine bar…]
Make sure to write down your ideas. [But, really].
And finally? Turn your attention to the practical – what can you actually do to transform those insights into life-enhancing change?
