Me
A few years ago, I looked around and suddenly realised I wasn’t happy.
I had just finished a law degree, I was surrounded by great people, I was financially secure, I was living in a lovely home and I was fit and healthy. From the outside, everything looked good. But on the inside, I felt dissatisfied and incomplete.
I didn’t know where I wanted to get to, but I knew I wasn’t on the right track. So I began to transform my life.
- I changed where I lived
- I chose more selectively the people I wanted to have around me
- I started seeing a counsellor, to help me unravel the big questions that I was struggling to untangle by myself
- I spent more time in nature, exercising in ways that boosted my body and also made my head happy
- I volunteered more, doing things that were important to me
- I started living much more truthfully, so that my outside started to reflect my inside
Slowly, I began to feel happier. I began to feel more like me. And I realised that what I wanted to do was help other women transform their lives the same way.
So I looked at what I needed to do to make that happen. I retrained, gaining a degree in counselling and a Masters degree in Coaching Psychology and I established my own consultancy.
As a life /career coach and counsellor, I now work with inspiring women in Melbourne, Australia and across the world, helping them to create their own vibrant, fulfilled and happy lives.
Just like I did.
