Coaching is currently an unregulated industry. That means that anyone can say they’re a coach and start practicing. (Whoa! Scary, hey?)

When you’re looking for help with re-designing your life, it is important to pick someone who feels like a good fit. It’s also important to check their credentials. I strongly suggest choosing someone who holds a tertiary qualification in coaching.

As the Director of Upstairs Coaching, I hold tertiary qualifications in Law, Counselling, and Coaching Psychology. And I maintain professional affiliations with leading industry bodies.
