Saturday, November 29, 2014I used to be a major gym bunny. I loved it! I would go all the time, I knew all the people, it felt fantastic. But then something changed in me and I started to not like it as much. I kept exercising but I was spending more time outside: riding my bike, swimming at my local pool, running beside the creek.
Recently though, I have found myself gravitating towards the gym again. Not all crazy.town, just a couple of times a week. But there’s something about exercising in that way that is sitting well with me once more.
I reckon it’s really important when building a Brilliant Life to remember couple of things. Firstly, that Life Design is an ongoing process [you never ever Get There – you’ll always be needing to keep assessing, measuring, calibrating]. And secondly, that it is super important to remain open to possibilities – just because something didn’t work a year or two ago [or last week], doesn’t mean that it’s not a terrific solution now.
