Just one thing
Monday, October 24, 2016Aiming for big change can be incredibly overwhelming.
You know you want a new job and to feel healthier and to understand yourself better and to travel more and to start a business and to put that passion project into play. But then when you sit down and think about how to make it all happen you get confused and you lose focus and you have no idea where to start. So then you don’t do anything and then your inaction leads you to feel even more stuck and even less capable and even more rotten.
And so it goes.
The best thing to do? Just one thing.
Make a brief list of your ultimate goals then choose one thing, each day and for each goal, that you can do to move you closer to where you want to be. Start small. Make sure that you do every single thing you tell yourself you will. Keep track of what you do.
You’ll soon start shifting, seeing progress. You will gain confidence and clarity and direction. You’ll be on your way.
