Sometimes, thinking about the Life You Want can feel overwhelming. [Whaaaat? I don’t know?!]
In my last post I suggested some questions to help with identifying some life-enhancing change. But I get that prompts like that can sometimes feel too much, the answers can feel inaccessible.
If you’re keen to shift your life but youre struggling to work out exactly what you need or want, how about asking yourself this:
+ Was today a day I really wanted to get out of bed for?
+ If I had a day that I REALLY did want to get out of bed for, what would it look and feel like?
+ What is it about that day that would make it so get-out-of-bed-able?
+ And finally: what can I do, today, to make make tomorrow more like that?
