Really flourish
Monday, August 6, 2018Coaching is often understood as a way to help you reach big goals: achieve! achieve! achieve! [Cue high fives and back slaps].
But sometimes clients come to me who are already doing some serious achieving [new clients! thriving business! big promotions! running marathons!] The thing is, they’re feeling awful. They’re functional but highly distressed.
And on the flip side, I also see women who areĀ feeling good within themselves but feel they’ve got nothing to work towards. They’re mentally healthy but directionless.
Great, evidence-based coaching focuses on achieving goals and enhancing well-being.
Both of which are essential, to really flourish.
