Set Your Intention
Monday, March 13, 2017Incredible life-transformations can emerge from big changes. From things like new jobs, big trips or intense, physical overhauls.
They also surface from small changes. From choices you make today, tomorrow, the next day and the next.
This kind of slow-burn progress requires discipline. It also require both long-term vision and short-term focus.
A gentle [and incredibly effective] way to keep yourself moving towards where you want to be is to set your intention, during the first moments of each day. To take a moment to clarify what you would like to do, how you would like to be, or how you would like to feel.
A Morning Intention can be beautifully bookended with a Night-time Reflection: a curiosity about what worked well and an interest in how more of that goodness can be invited in, tomorrow.
