How I do it
My coaching is evidence-based. That means that my methods are informed by scientific knowledge that has been rigorously tested. I don’t offer crystals or incense or stuff-that-worked-for-me-so-maybe-it-will-work-for-you-too.
My work is goal-oriented and solution-focused. It is strongly informed by Positive Psychology; a strengths-based consideration of personal well-being is central to my collaborative approach to life design.
As your coach, I will help you establish effective, intrinsically motivated goals and together we will determine intelligent strategies to achieve them. I will monitor your progress and maintain your focus and I will keep you accountable in making it all happen.
And, oh yeh: we’ll have some fun doing it!
