Monday, November 28, 2016When life is not looking or feeling the way you would ideally like it to, your natural response can be to try and identify what is going wrong, to isolate a problem, and then to work out how to fix any apparent issues.
It can also be helpful to ask: what is working well? And then to follow up with: and how can I invite more of that in?
What seems like a very simple shift can deliver surprisingly profound results.
